  • A somatic (body-based) integrative experience for those of you carrying tension that you know is not just “a posture thing” This is a guided journey, safely into your inner landscape to help find and shift stuck energy, subconscious patterns, and ground the work in real life actionable steps.

  • FMT is a customized mix of modalities designed to work with your body to release tension at the level of the nervous system and not just work out tense muscles, but correct imbalances, increase mobility, decrease pain, and reduce stress.

  • Unwind is a customized session to help relieve stress, improve blood flow, and give you a reprieve from the hustle of daily life.

  • a gentle technique that helps move lymph throughout the body to support detoxification, immunity, and increase relaxation.
