Bodywork sessions begin with the body as the entry point.
Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate Functional Massage Therapy techniques, fascial work, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral approaches, somatic awareness, and other modalities that support your body's natural ability to heal and regulate.
Rather than applying the same protocol to every client, each session is tailored to what your body is communicating in that moment.
We look beyond the presenting symptom to understand the larger story your body may be telling.
If you've ever found yourself repeating the same patterns despite knowing better... if you've ever felt stuck between the life you want and the life you keep creating... you're not broken. You're likely running survival strategies that once protected you and are now limiting you.

The Inner Compass Journey begins with the patterns beneath the patterns.
Together we explore the subconscious beliefs, nervous system adaptations, emotional experiences, and survival strategies that may be shaping your life from behind the scenes.
Through a process of discovery, nervous system resourcing, guided subconscious work, integration, and coaching, we gently uncover the root causes that keep you stuck in cycles of self-abandonment, people-pleasing, over-functioning, perfectionism, or other patterns that no longer serve you.
This work is never about fixing yourself.
It's about reconnecting with all the parts of yourself that helped you survive, understanding why they developed, and creating new possibilities for how you want to move forward.
The intention is simple:
To help you build a relationship with yourself that is rooted in trust, compassion, authenticity, and choice rather than fear, survival, or obligation.
How I Work
My work is rooted in a simple belief:
Your body is not the problem.
The tension, pain, anxiety, exhaustion, overwhelm, recurring patterns, and emotional triggers you're experiencing are often your body's way of communicating that something deeper is asking for attention.
Rather than trying to silence symptoms or force change, we learn to listen.
Together we take a holistic approach that considers the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your experience. Because true healing rarely happens when we only address one piece of the puzzle.
Every session is guided by curiosity rather than judgment, compassion rather than shame, and collaboration rather than force.
The goal isn't simply to help you feel better for a day.
The goal is to understand what's creating the pattern in the first place so lasting change becomes possible.
Together we can begin to re-write your story from one of Burnout, pain, and suffering, to Regeneration, strength, and resilience, as you return to Wild Healing.
